The other day I found this green Asparagus on sale and couldn’t resist. But what to do with it when you are on a raw food diet. Inspired by 101 cookbooks Carot-Almond-Salad, I created this raw version from dinner yesterday. When I am not eating raw, I love to eat indian dishes. One of the inspirations from our first Gatkacamp (<–english translation of the site will come soon) is a Cauliflower-Tomatoe-Curry that Nanak Devji cooked for the whole camp. I made a raw pumpkin soup for the little hungry wolf for dinner. It turned out rather delicious. He ate all from his plate.
