    Going raw again

    I am starting a new approach on going back raw. Annalise inspired me to start juicing again, so I had a yummie juice for breakfast and so far only some raw snacks. I also decided to get a workout routine established again. Minimum is better than nothing. Maybe I write down my progress in here for further reference? That’s how I started today.     Schulfest

    Today I am 1 week on raw food. I feel great even with the still nightly nursing (I go to bed at 10-10:30 pm and get up at 6:30-7 am). Even the school party yesterday was no problem. There were plenty raw alternatives: salads, veggies, guacomole. It was lovely. Heute bin ich schon eine ganze Woche auf Rohkost. Ich fühle mich wunderbar. Viel Energie trotz noch immer nächtlichem Stillen (ich gehe 22-22:30 uhr ins bett und stehe 6:30-7:oo auf). Das Schulfest gestern war auch kein Problem. Es gab genug rohe Alternativen: Salate, Gemüse, Guacomole. Es war ein schönes Fest.

    New Tooth

    It’s my 6 th day of raw food today. Ok, I didn’t check if the olives are 100% raw and maybe some cashews on top of the salad haven’t been either, but I feel great so far. I also have been at the dentist today and got a filling in my tooth. it went all smooth and was very relaxing (not that I like dentists, though). I found a very good dentist, that is yoga teacher, too and knows about ayurvedic dental care. She is a very nice woman. Heute ist mein 6. Rohkosttag udn ich komme richtig gut klar.
