After a long drive in the car yesterday we came back from the yoga music festival in Bad Meinberg (I will write about that later). It was very hot and I felt like moving around for a bit after sitting so long. I reactivated my walking sticks. And gosh, did it feel great to have a brisk walk while the sun was setting. Beautyful nature, power marching with a mantra and afterwards a cold shower. Will do that more often. F was sleeping in the carrier in the meantime.
