Gatka Camp in France

A while ago I already wrote an entry about the Gatka Camp in german.

Each year in summer we go to France to enjoy the practise of gatka and yoga in a wonderful natural enviroment. The kids enjoy the freedom and adventures while exploring the area of the camp. There are peacocks and hidden huts, forest and meadows.

At the Gatka camp we unite Yoga and the old indian martial art Gatka according to the Sanatan-Dharma-Tradition. The practice of spiritual energy and grounding yourself concurrently can help you find balance and strenghten your clarity, concentration and selfconciousness.
There‘s lots of space and nature on the large area of the castle in the french Loire valley. Activities like horse-back riding, swimming or cultural trips to the medieval town Loches promise an enjoyable and relaxing holiday for your whole family. Beside the daily training sessions there‘s still enough time for your own fun.
