Gluten & Milch frei
A new challenge has met our home: On friday we have been at the healer with C. She suggested to avoid Gluten and dairy products. I need to read a bit about it now and find out how we manage.
Eine neue Herausforderung für uns: Wir waren am Freitag bei der Heilpraktikerin. Sie legte uns nahe, daß C auf Gluten und Milchprodukte verzichten soll. Ich muss mich mal noch eine Weile belesen und schauen, wie wir das deichseln.

My child is severely allergic to milk. The wheat just causes severe digestion problems. Once she went off wheat she was a much happier and healthier little girl.
